• Present all offers to you and make sure you have a clear understanding of the agreement.
• Negotiate an agreeable price along with other conditions.
• Arrange water test and home inspection and all other details of your sale.
• Send Purchase and Sale Agreement and all corresponding paperwork to your lawyers’ office.
• Collect all deposits and forms to secure the offer until closing.
• Arrange a pre-closing inspection for the buyers to view the home just before closing.
• Provide you with all the additional information you may need to help make a satisfactory transaction for you and your family.
• Follow up after the sale to make sure everything is satisfactory.
